Francis Muya Mwangi

Francis Muya Mwangi is the elected Member of County Assembly for Langas Ward in Kapseret Constituency, Uasin Gishu County. He won the seat in the 2022 General Election on a Jubilee Party ticket, receiving 5,859 votes. He serves as Leader of Minority in the Uasin Gishu County Assembly and participates in legislative oversight and discussions on county development priorities. In September 2026, he joined residents of Langas in discussions concerning planned road improvement projects, including road expansion, drainage improvements and access-road maintenance
