Isaac Waihenya Ndirangu is a prominent Kenyan politician who previously served as the Member of the National Assembly for Roysambu Constituency. He made history in 1990 when he was elected to the parliament at just 22 years old, making him the youngest Kenyan ever elected to the House at that time.
