Amb. Bishar Abdirahman Hussein

Amb. Bishar Abdirahman Hussein, popularly known as “Balozi,” is a Kenyan diplomat, former Ambassador of Kenya to the United Arab Emirates, and former Director-General of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). Born and raised in Rhamu, Mandera County, he has been involved in community development and established the Balozi Center in Rhamu as a community facility. He has now entered the 2027 political race, publicly declaring his candidature for the Mandera North parliamentary seat.
