David Pkosing

David Pkosing Losiakou is a Kenyan politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Pokot South Constituency under the Kenya Union Party (KUP). An educator by profession, he holds a Bachelor of Education from Moi University and a Master’s degree in Peace Studies from Bradford University (UK). In the 13th Parliament, Pkosing plays a powerful oversight role as the Chairperson of the Public Investments Committee on Commercial Affairs and Energy, where he frequently steers high-profile national investigations, including the parliamentary probe into the Kenya Airports Authority's deals. While historically tied to the Azimio coalition, he has actively shifted his alignment to support President William Ruto's development agenda in the North Rift region.
