Dr. Hassan Mohamed Fuje

Dr. Hassan Mohamed Fuje (also known as Dr. Hassan Adam) is a prominent Kenyan medical doctor, healthcare entrepreneur, and politician who serves as the founder and proprietor of the Nairobi South Hospital. Beyond his significant contributions to the private healthcare sector, he has held key public service roles, including serving as the chairman of Kenya's National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF). A highly influential figure in regional politics, Dr. Fuje contested the Wajir County gubernatorial seat in 2022 and was recently crowned and unanimously endorsed by the Fai sub-clan elders as their sole gubernatorial candidate for the upcoming 2027 general elections.
