Dr. Winnie Bore

Dr. Winnie Bore is a prominent health economist, public official, and community leader in Kenya, currently serving as a Chief Officer in the Baringo County Government. She has dynamic leadership experience across multiple key sectors in local governance, having headed portfolios including Medical Services as well as the Water, Sanitation, and Irrigation Department.
