Elsie Busihile Muhanda

Hon. Elsie Busihile Muhanda is the current Woman Representative for Kakamega County in Kenya's National Assembly, serving her second term under the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party. A former educator and Kakamega County Executive Committee (CEC) member, she holds a Bachelor of Education from Kenyatta University and focuses her legislative work on education, healthcare, and women's empowerment via the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF).
