Eng. Lung’anzi Chai Mangale

Eng. Lung’anzi Chai Mangale is a prominent Kenyan politician, certified engineer, and the current Board Chairman of the Bandari Maritime Academy, following his appointment by President William Ruto. Locally known as "Chiphalo," he previously served as a senior maritime official and finished as a strong runner-up in the 2022 Kwale County gubernatorial elections under the Pamoja African Alliance (PAA) party.
