Festus Mwangi Kiunjuri

Festus Mwangi Kiunjuri is the Member of Parliament for Laikipia East Constituency and the leader of The Service Party (TSP). He first represented Laikipia East from 1997 to 2013 before serving in the Cabinet as Assistant Minister, Cabinet Secretary for Devolution, and later Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. He returned to Parliament after winning the 2022 General Election on a TSP ticket. He holds a Bachelor of Education from Moi University and a Global Executive MBA from USIU-Africa. His parliamentary priorities include agriculture, infrastructure, education, water, and economic empowerment.
