H.E. Hon. Rev. Isaac Mutuma M'Ethingia

Rev. Isaac Mutuma M’Ethingia is a Kenyan politician and the Governor of Meru County. He previously served as Deputy Governor from 2022 before assuming the governorship in 2025. He is an ordained Methodist Church minister, former Kenya Prisons Service officer, and community development advocate. He holds a degree in Theology and has focused his leadership on healthcare, agriculture, youth empowerment, infrastructure, and accountable governance.
