Hon. Raphael Bitta Sauti Wanjala

Hon. Raphael Bitta Sauti Wanjala, CBS, born June 23, 1964, is a seasoned Kenyan politician currently serving his third term as the Member of Parliament for Budalangi Constituency in Busia County (2017–2027) under the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party. A qualified teacher by profession with a diploma from Kaimosi Teachers Training College, his extensive political career includes serving as the legislator for Budalangi from 1997 to 2007, holding office as Kenya's Assistant Minister for Water and Irrigation, and contributing to corporate governance as a former director at Nzoia Sugar Company Limited.
