James Omariba Ongwae

James Elvis Omariba Ongwae is a prominent Kenyan politician who served as the first Governor of Kisii County from March 2013 to August 2022. Initially a key member of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), he officially switched allegiances to the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party in March 2023.
