Joash Arthur Maangi

Ambassador Joash Arthur Maangi, MBS, is a prominent Kenyan politician, legal professional, and diplomat currently serving as Kenya's Ambassador to Belgium and the European Union. Appointed by President William Ruto, he transitioned to his station in Brussels in January 2026 after previously heading Kenya's diplomatic mission in Uganda.
