Linet Chepkorir, popularly known as "Toto," is a prominent Kenyan politician currently serving as the Bomet County Woman Representative in the National Assembly. She made national history in the August 2022 General Election when she was elected on a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket at just 24 years old, becoming Kenya's youngest-ever Member of Parliament. Coming from a humble background in Chemomul village, her grassroots campaign relied on minimal financial resources and local motorcycle riders (boda bodas) for transport, capture the public's imagination after a photo of her at a political meeting went viral. A 2021 Business Administration graduate from Chuka University, she has utilized her parliamentary tenure to champion youth leadership, distribute community empowerment equipment, and advocate for welfare programs, remaining a highly influential and relatable figure in contemporary Kenyan politics.
