Maurice Kakai Bisau

Hon. Maurice Kakai Bisau is a seasoned Kenyan politician and international logistics expert currently serving as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Kiminini Constituency under the Democratic Action Party–Kenya (DAP-K). Before entering the 13th Parliament, Bisau built an extensive 25-year career handling humanitarian logistics and supply chain networks globally for organizations like the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Red Cross. He transitioned into national policy as an Infrastructure, Energy, and ICT advisor in the Office of the Deputy President (2018–2022) and currently serves on the parliamentary Housing, Urban Planning and Public Works Committee while actively mounting his campaign for the Trans Nzoia Gubernatorial seat in the upcoming 2027 general elections.
