Michael Makarina Mutembei

Michael “Mike Makarina” Mutembei is a Meru businessman, politician and disability-rights activist who has been involved in public and political affairs in Meru for several years. He has spoken on issues including county governance, disability rights and the leadership of Meru County. He has publicly expressed his intention to vie for the Meru Senate seat in the 2027 General Elections.
