Muktar Billow Salat

Muktar Billow, popularly known as “Muktar 48,” is a Kenyan political aspirant from Lafey Constituency, Mandera County, who has publicly entered the race for the Lafey MP seat in the 2027 General Elections. He has been mobilising grassroots support and has received backing from sections of the local community, positioning himself as an alternative to the incumbent Mohamed Abdikheir Mohamed. His current political party has not been publicly verified, and there is also no reliable evidence confirming that he previously contested as an independent candidate.
