Philip Kello Harsama

Philip Kello Harsama is a Kenyan administrator and politician who was born in Marsabit County. He has served in senior government positions, including as a Principal Secretary in the national government. Before joining the national government, he worked in public administration roles including serving as a County Commissioner and Acting Director General of the Agriculture and Food Authority. He holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Moi University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy from Tsinghua University in China.
