Susan Nakhumicha Wafula

Susan Nakhumicha Wafula is a prominent Kenyan politician and supply chain expert who serves as Kenya's Permanent Representative to the UN-Habitat in Nairobi. She is widely known for her previous role as the Cabinet Secretary for Health, serving from October 27, 2022, until July 11, 2024, when President William Ruto dissolved the entire cabinet following intense anti-government protests. After several months out of government, she made a political comeback when she was nominated to her current UN diplomatic role in March 2025.
