Valentine Otieno

Valentine Anyango Otieno, popularised in public spaces as "Agal Toto", is a highly vibrant young Kenyan politician and digital content creator. She disrupted standard political expectations during the 2022 general elections by throwing her hat into the ring for the highly contested Kisumu County Woman Representative seat.
