Governor Mutahi Kahiga Pledges On Planning And Economic Transformation.
"On the Economic Transformation Pillar, we pledge to transform Nyeri County to a resilient, middle income and investor-friendly county. We shall achieve this by engaging the public in the county budget process and in developing an Economic Development Blue Print at the ward level namely; ‘Ward Focus for Accelerated Development’. The blueprint will consider the comparative advantage as well as the competitive advantages of every ward and sub-county to generate programs addressing the value chains."
