Baya Swaleh Kibwana

Hon. Kibwana Swaleh Baya is a Kenyan politician and the Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Miritini Ward, Jomvu Constituency, Mombasa County. He is associated with the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party and is known for grassroots leadership, community representation, and advocating for development, improved public services, and the welfare of Miritini residents.
