Dennis Wafula Okinda

Dennis Wafula Okinda is an active Kenyan politician currently serving as the Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Matayos South Ward in Busia County. Elected under the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) banner, he took office following the August 2022 general elections and has since focused his efforts on grassroots development, agricultural support, and health outreach within his constituency. An alumnus of St. Mary's Boys' High School Mundika and the Institute of Advanced Technology (IAT), Okinda has championed local initiatives ranging from the distribution of subsidized fertilizer to overseeing structural upgrades at the Matayos Sub-County Hospital.
